Let’s Practice Being, Together
My yoga practice isn’t perfect. It never has been. It never will be. It’s also not imperfect. My practice is my practice. Practice doesn’t make perfect. Practice makes space for more practice.
Combining breath and movement creates calm and longevity for me. By expanding awareness of the moments as I live them, I enrich the present and leave the future for the future. My practice allows me to be, more fully. I teach yoga so that you might also be (whoever you are,) more fully.
My teaching encourages a different awareness of your own body. You may feel ignited by fire, calmed by water, or grounded by earth. (Also, you may feel nothing.) I aspire to support you to find depth in living in your body.
